Object methods for data organisation

چکیده
In this paper, the application of object oriented methods to data organization is described. Applying the methods known from code structuring to data management creates a set of powerful tools to manage complex data sets in a structured way. To demonstrate the concept the described methods have been applied to an example in ICDesign , the EPM (Extensible PCell Methology) system. The resulting EPM system showed unparalleled ease and flexibility of customization of PCells through class definitions of the configuration data.
